I previously stated, “We have sown the wind. Now we are reaping the whirlwind” in my Aug. 30 column. The wind is the humanist pedagogy that has saturated our public schools; the whirlwind is the immoral, non-empathetic, murderous menaces running around with firearms shooting up our public schools.
Recent and new technologies, with immediate live-time recording of breaking news and tragedies, complete with instantaneous and mostly unnecessary commentaries that serve to feed fear, increase anxiety and fuel anger while families and individuals become more and more isolated even as they engage in wide-reaching, superficial communications of all sorts. It should come as no surprise that we are seeing increased confusion in many areas from A to Z.

person will not be tolerated. Be Truthful. Don't knowingly lie about anyone
or anything. Be Nice. No racism, sexism or any sort of -ism
that is degrading to another person. Be Proactive. Use the 'Report' link on
