Each day as I read the editorials in the Sun, I learn something new. Bill Marvel did a great article on Bill Gardner, longtime Secretary of State. Jonna Carter told me I was no longer supposed to use the term "mistress" but provided no word or group of words to replace it. Perhaps the French word "paramour" would be acceptable since it refers to both men and women.

State Rep. Anita Burroughs told me it is common knowledge the Speaker of the House does not call the shots; he is instructed by the majority leader, our favorite Free Stater, Jason Osborn. I find this absolutely laughable. Who knows what words of wisdom will appear in the next few days?
