WOLFEBORO — A group of residents suing to stop the paving of Trask Mountain Road says the project ignores voters’ wishes, while town officials argue the lawsuit itself undermines the town’s democratic process.
The lawsuit, filed April 14 by Anne Blodget and 14 other petitioners, asks the court to stop the paving project.
