JACKSON — Officer William Eaton of the Jackson Police Department graduated April 25 with the 199th class of the New Hampshire Police Academy, completing the intensive 16-week residential program required for law enforcement certification in the state.
The academy’s curriculum includes physical fitness, emergency vehicle operations, firearms training, laws of arrest, first aid, and police tactics. Upon graduation, recruits are certified to perform law enforcement duties in New Hampshire.
