DURHAM — According to Gov. Chris Sununu, New Hampshire’s citizens who are most vulnerable to COVID-19 infection will be able to get the first dose of the vaccine by Christmas.

Once the vaccine arrives, it will be totally up to the state to determine who will receive it in the first round, Sununu said last week.
