CONWAY — The Eagles hosted their seventh annual Kennett Fights Cancer game on Saturday against Laconia-Winnisquam-Inter-Lakes. The game had been postponed from January due to bad weather.

It was well worth the wait, and once again proof of why we live here. The Eagles raised $30,000 to benefit the Camden Bailey Quest 2 Cure Osteosarcoma Cancer Foundation. The Ham Arena was a sea of Carolina blue in honor of the late Camden, who died in December after an incredible battle with this disease.
