BAJA CALIFORNIA, Mexico — Things were humming along for Team 603 on Day 3 of the National Off Road Racing Association’s Mexican 1000 when, 40 miles short of finishing the day’s 200+ mile stage, they rolled their vehicle.
Co-drivers Chuck Sutton and Mike Petell of Conway were unhurt in the rollover, and once they were able to right the buggy with assistance from two other racing teams that stopped to help, they were able to complete the course.
