CONWAY — The Robert Frost Public Charter School’s grand reopening last Saturday showed how far the school has come since record flooding last December ravaged downstairs classrooms at the K-12 grade school in Conway Village.

Renovations done to the damaged areas make it hard to believe they were once knee-deep in water.
