CONWAY — After a rain event from Wednesday into Thursday, the National Weather Service issued a flood warning until late Thursday for the Saco River but predicted clear skies for today.
“The Saco is at 9.38 feet now and it might go up another 3 to 4 inches,” said Conway Assistant Emergency Management Director Linda Burns on Thursday afternoon.
