CONWAY — To avoid delays with the plan to build housing at Common Court, developers asked Conway planners to approve just one of three buildings initially proposed for that site.
“So, the biggest change I think you’ll see from July is that we have not attempted to include the second and third buildings in this phase at all. So, we’re only asking for an approval for the first building at this time,” said Ken Bunker from Developers Collaborative at the planners’ Sept. 11 meeting. Bunker and his team were at last Thursday’s meeting to provide updates and hopefully get the board’s final approval to move forward.
