MADISON — Food pantry representatives from across Carroll County and around the state gathered last Friday at the Madison Food Pantry to speak with U.S. Rep. Chris Pappas about mounting pressures on the region’s hunger relief network.

“We just don’t have the resources coming in,” said Joe Dame, chair of the Madison Food Pantry board.
