CONWAY — State agencies and officials urge residents and visitors to prepare for potentially life-threatening cold temperatures forecast for New Hampshire over the weekend.

The National Weather Service in Gray, Maine, has said with wind chill, temperatures in some parts of the state may stay in double digits below zero through Saturday into Sunday morning.
