RANDOLPH — Volodymyr Zhukovskyy of West Springfield, Mass., apparently did not need a commercial driver’s license to operate the pickup truck involved in the collision that killed seven motorcyclists on Route 2 last month.
Zhukovskyy has been charged with seven counts of negligent homicide and a jury trial is scheduled later this fall in Coos County Superior Court.
