OSSIPEE — Carroll County Superior Court jury selection for a legally blind man accused of shoplifting from the North Conway Walmart has been set for May, his lawyers say.

Andrew Airey, 40, of Conway has contested the Walmart theft charges since 2018, saying he thought he was scanning the non-purchased items he was accused of stealing.
