ALBANY — A Maine man has been indicted on two felony counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated for his role in a four-car crash that took place on the Kancamagus Highway last winter.

On March 15, at about 2:26 p.m., responders were dispatched to the Kancamagus (Route 112) about 4 miles west of the Saco Ranger Station in Conway. When crews arrived, they found two heavily damaged vehicles: a black 2012 BMW 3 Series sedan with a trapped occupant and a white 2022 Subaru Ascent resting on a guardrail. Four people were taken to the hospital.
