BRIDGTON, Maine — A kitchen fire that broke out Sunday morning at a South High Street boardinghouse in Bridgton then spread through ductwork and into the attic, displacing all 16 residents and causing structural damage that left the building uninhabitable, according to officials.

No residents or firefighters were injured.
