JACKSON — The Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce on Saturday presented the 34th annual Wildquack Duck Race and Music Festival. It had already been postponed from last May due to rainstorms. But now, there was another twist.

Due to low water in the Wildcat River, organizers on Saturday morning made the decision not to hold the actual rubber duck race over Jackson Falls but to instead hold a ticket drawing of all the entries, according to Executuve Director Kathleen Flammia.
