WOLFEBORO — A Carroll County Superior Court judge recently ruled against a group of residents who sued to stop the paving of Trask Mountain Road after Wolfeboro officials argued the lawsuit undermines the town’s democratic process.
The lawsuit, filed April 14 by Anne Blodget and 14 other petitioners, asked the court to stop the paving project.
