BARTLETT — A Carroll County Superior Court judge sentenced David Barr after he pleaded guilty to charges stemming from the burning of a Trump flag following the 2024 presidential election and the vandalism of a car wash payment kiosk earlier this year.

Barr of Intervale pleaded guilty to an amended Class A misdemeanor arson charge for causing a fire on Hurricane Mountain Road in Intervale on Nov. 6 after the election results became apparent.
