CONWAY — Drivers will get a temporary break from construction activity of the Main Street Project during the upcoming Independence Day holiday period, Town Engineer Jim Badera told selectmen Tuesday.

In his weekly update Badera said project contractor A.J. Coleman and Son will suspend operations all next week, from Monday, June 29, through Friday, July 3, in accordance with the project’s contract.
