WOLFEBORO — State Rep. John MacDonald (R-Wolfeboro) has been appointed to a new state task force charged with finding a sustainable source of funding to help New Hampshire communities combat cyanobacteria blooms in the state’s lakes and waterways.

Gov. Kelly Ayotte recently signed SB 598, establishing the Cyanobacteria Mitigation Loan and Grant Fund Task Force.
