CONWAY — Six local Democratic candidates took part in a “5-Minute Forum” attended by 20 people at the Gibson Center for Senior Services on Thursday afternoon in North Conway.

In their remarks, candidates discussed the need for affordable housing, health care and education funding. The forum stressed the importance of voting in the upcoming Sept. 10 primary to influence the general election.
