CONCORD — Lawyers involved in Leavitt's Country Bakery's federal lawsuit submitted their final written arguments before Judge Joseph LaPlante on Feb. 21 following the Valentine's Day bench trial in U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire in Concord.

The case hinges on whether Leavitt's oversized mural outside the Conway bakery is a sign, as the town zoning officer contends, or a work of art, as bakery owner Sean Young maintains.
