CONWAY — Local landlords continued to question whether the town’s rental program unnecessarily duplicates other inspections that local fire departments are already performing.

Tuesday was the selectmen’s second public hearing on fees for the Conway rental program. Chair Mary Carey Seavey was on vacation and Selectman Ryan Shepard was climbing a mountain, so the board took no action.
