CONWAY — A few Kennett High educators were greeted with a surprise prom proposal at school on March 24, and it made their day.
The senior class’s prom committee (Daven Bailey, Haylee Burke, Beckett Clark, Isabelle Frechette, Cam Fusco, Emma Geoffrey, Jack Heylser, Jillian Howland, Moira Irish, Piper Lopashanski, Gavin Parker, Alex Sweeney and Avery Whitelaw) approached eight members of the staff with a “promposal,” asking them to chaperone the prom at the Fairbanks Lodge at Cranmore Mountain Resort in North Conway on May 17.
