JACKSON — The New Hampshire Department of Transportation has announced the planned nine-week closure of the Honeymoon Covered Bridge in Jackson to vehicle traffic to allow for extensive repairs, including replacing the wooden bridge deck.
According to NHDOT, the bridge, which spans the Ellis River, will close Monday, March 25, and won't reopen until May 23. Detour signs will be in place to alert and guide motorists.
