JACKSON — Selectmen at their April 8 meeting heard a request from the Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce to erect a bench in honor of local longtime community servant Bob Bowman.
Kathleen Flammia, executive director of the chamber, said that she wanted to inform selectmen of the chamber’s plans regarding the bench even though it would not be located on town land.
