CONCORD — With zero debate, the House Municipal and County Government Committee on Wednesday placed into interim study a bill filed by Conway representatives aimed at providing primary homeowners with tax relief.

State Reps. David Paige, Tom Buco and Steve Woodcock, all Democrats from Conway, filed a bill that would allow towns to give a homestead exemption.
