OSSIPEE — Defense attorneys for Carroll County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Chris M. Lamb say that indictments charging him in an alleged unemployment fraud case are unfairly worded, but prosecutors argued that revising them as requested could expose Lamb to additional charges.

Lamb, 51, of Wakefield, along with his defense team and prosecutors from the Attorney General’s Office were before Carroll County Superior Court Judge Mark Attorri on Thursday for a hearing on Lamb’s motion to dismiss the indictments against him.
