IT’S THAT GHOULISH SEASON, when things that go bump in the night are not only haunting the valley but also are providing some howlin’ good business for local venues.

According to the National Retail Federation, Americans will spend $9 billion on Halloween in 2018. That’s a bit under 2017’s record of $9.1 billion, but it still amounts to a whopping $86.79 per person.
