FRYEBURG, Maine — Judging by what happened at Tuesday's Fryeburg Planning Board hearing, the board may be presenting voters with options for changing the town's cannabis regulations.Â
In April, the board heard a proposal from Dan Tepe, owner of CBW Labs, to allow for adult use cannabis and to cap the number of medical and adult use stores in town to five. At present only medical use stores are allowed and the number of cannabis stores is unlimited.
