FRYEBURG, Maine — Public schools in MSAD 72 and the private Fryeburg Academy closed Monday.

Schools in MSAD 72 — which includes Fryeburg, Brownfield, Denmark, Stow, Sweden, Lovell and Stoneham — will be closed for a minimum of two weeks, according to MSAD Superintendent Jay Robinson. The academy’s Assistant Head of School Joseph Manning announced a closure through March 31.
