OSSIPEE — The trial of Christina Fay, the woman convicted of cruelty to animals in circuit court last year for the treatment of 75 dogs in her care, 
started up again Tuesday, this time in Carroll County Superior Court.

The Carroll County Attorney's Office last week filed 13 new charges against Fay, who is appealing her conviction in Carroll County Circuit Court.
