Columbus Day opened a window of opportunity. I wanted to complete an adventure ride I’ve been planning for two years. The weather was perfect and my son Joe wanted to join me. It was time to saddle up and get it done.
The question was — what bike to ride? This 26-mile loop ride was a mix of terrain, elevation gain and road/trail surfaces. What bike would be best to take?
