CONWAY — Conway police and fire departments took to the gridiron last Wednesday in Gary Millen Stadium for an inaugural “Battle of the Badges” flag football game for charity. And while men and women in blue left the field with bragging rights, the real winner was End 68 Hours of Hunger.

“We raised some good money for them, which is what it was all about,” said North Conway Assistant Fire Chief Josh MacMillan on Friday.
