CONWAY — The continued survival of the all but dead state plan to build a bypass around town has been frustrating a local Realtor’s attempt to sell some land in North Conway.

Commercial Realtor Bayard Kennett made his concern known at last Tuesday’s Governor’s Advisory Commission on Intermodal Transportation public hearing held at town hall to discuss a proposed update to the state’s Ten Year Plan.
