CONWAY — After a period of failing health, Robert “Bob” F. Porter died June 15 at age 90 at his Bartlett home surrounded by family members.

Porter recently served with Suzanne Nelson and Jim Umberger on the North Conway Water Precinct, a post he held dating back to 2007. He was unable to attend recent meetings due to health concerns, primarily congestive heart failure, said his eldest son, Conway Selectman Steve Porter.
