Carroll County to address 467 labor violations

County Administrator Ken Robichaud

OSSIPEE — Carroll County officials say they are addressing the 467 workplace violations identified in a New Hampshire Department of Labor report so the county can avoid having to pay a $48,000 penalty.

County Administrator Ken Robichaud discussed the report with county commissioners at their Wednesday meeting. The violations, all of which pertain to Mountain View Nursing Home in Ossipee, were caught during an audit from labor inspectors.
