CONWAY — Despite going 2-2 in its final four regular-season games — all against playoff teams — the Kennett High field hockey team fell just short of a postseason berth. The Eagles finished 12th overall in Division II, one spot short of making the dance.
KHS wrapped up the fall campaign with a 3-0 loss against No. 1 Souehgan in Amherst last Wednesday, but sent its seniors off in a style with an impressive 3-0 victory over Carroll County rivals Kingswood on Senior Day at Centola Field on Thursday.
