JACKSON — A bond hearing for a new $5.1 million fire station to replace the current 4,000-square-foot building will be held Monday, Jan. 13, at 6 p.m. at the Whitney Center.

At town meeting last March, Article 10 appropriating $250,000 for a new fire station design and engineering study passed. At this year’s town meeting, an article will ask voters to support a bond for $5,582,135. It is based on $5.1 million for the new station, plus contingency funds.
