LANCASTER — After a four-day trial, a Coos County Superior Court jury last Friday found Randy Baillargeon not guilty of negligent homicide and two other charges in the death of Kristin Black, which occurred during an incident that took place in Berlin in August 2016.

Baillargeon, 34, of Elm St., Berlin was charged with negligent homicide, reckless conduct and conduct after an accident.
