WOLFEBORO — After months of debate over bacteria found at the town docks, selectmen at their Oct. 7 meeting, agreed problems remain. Questions remain, about what is whether a sewer pipe is involved and how best to identify the source.

Derrick Brown, a part-time resident, addressed the board on July 1, challenging aspects of the town’s testing. Whatever the discharge is, “we don’t know where it’s coming from, nor what it is,” Brown said. “But either way, it’s making its way into the lake through the storm drains.”
