CONWAY — Due to wind conditions, a Verizon Wireless visual balloon test originally scheduled for today will be held Sunday between 8 a.m.-noon at 122 U.S. Route 302 in Glen, say Bartlett Planning Board Chair Philip Franklin and recording secretary Barbara Bush.

The goal is to fly the balloon at a height that is proposed for a cell tower in the gravel pit off Route 302 in Glen on property owned by the Allen Family Revocable Trust of Dover.
