CONWAY — At Wednesday night’s town deliberative session, Joe Mosca, who sits on the budget committee, came out swinging against Article 28, which would add a $5 fee to motor vehicle registrations in order to fund road and infrastructure projects.

Deliberative session allows residents to debate and modify warrant articles before voting up or down on them at the polls on April 14 at the Center Conway Fire Station.
