Jesseman passes RSVP torch to Seavey

CONWAY — Bernadine "Benny" Jesseman, the longtime director of RSVP, Carroll County's Retired Senior Volunteer Program, will continue to serve the area as a volunteer once she leaves her post come April 24 after 22 years of dedicated service.

"I have been working since I was 16, so I decided it was time to take time off," said Jesseman, 74, "but I will continue to volunteer and be active."
