CONWAY — Two local women — Alison Hersey Risch and Imogene Opton Fish — who have attained world class sports recognition will be among seven athletes and one team to be inducted as Mount Holyoke College's inaugural Athletics Hall of Fame Class this Saturday in South Hadley, Mass.

Imogene Opton Fish, who grew up in Conway and went on to ski for the United States in the 1952 Winter Olympics; and Alison Risch, who lives in Madison and has the distinction of already being inducted into the U.S. Field Hockey Hall of Fame and the U.S. Lacrosse Hall of Fame, are good friends and look forward to sharing the stage on Saturday. Opton Fish graduated from Mount Holyoke in 1955 while Risch graduated in 1959.
