CONWAY — The Kennett High baseball team is off to a strong start and hopes to ride that momentum into a playoff berth, and possibly the opportunity to host a home game in the postseason.

KHS is 4-2 on the season. The Eagles swept a twin-bill against Laconia on the road on April 13, winning 5-4 and 7-3. The hometown flock fell 15-2 to undefeated Hollis-Brookline at home on April 15, but rebounded to top John Stark 11-1 on April 17.
