CONWAY — Kearsarge Lighting Precinct is asking the New Hampshire Supreme Court to overturn a Superior Court ruling that the Cranmore Mountain Lodge has the right to operate as an event venue, including hosting weddings.

The KLP covers parts of Bartlett and North Conway. In addition to providing street lighting, it also has zoning authority.
