The following cases are from the Third Circuit Court in Conway for the week of Jan. 19, 2014:
Felony-level complaints against David T. Lowe, 47, of Conway, of falsifying physical evidence, reckless conduct and drug possession were bound over to superior court following his indictment. He was released on $50,000 personal recognizance bail. Three misdemeanor charges of carrying a loaded handgun without a license are still pending.
An unlawful possession and intoxication complaint against Phillip R. Brockman, 19, of Thompson, N.D., was dropped.
A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Daniel A. Bryan, 41, of North Conway, after he failed to comply with conditions connected to a resisting arrest conviction. Bail was set at $303.
A felony-level second degree assault complaint against James E. Decilla, 36, of Bartlett, was bound over to superior court following a probable cause hearing. Bail was set at $50,000 cash. Misdemeanor complaints of criminal threatening, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and 11 counts of simple assault are still pending.
Jennifer L. Begin, 38, of Conway, was sentenced to 60 days in jail after she pleaded guilty, in a negotiated plea, to resisting arrest or detention. The jail sentence was placed on file without finding provided one year good behavior. Complaints of simple assault and disorderly conduct were dropped.
Nicholas K. Anderson, 23, of Chatham, was fined $500, sentenced to one year in jail and his license was suspended for one year after he pleaded guilty, in a negotiated plea, to simple assault and driving while intoxicated. All but 10 days of the jail sentence were suspended provided one year good behavior. Complaints of simple assault and resisting arrest were placed on file without finding provided one year good behavior.
Michael P. McGrath, 29, of Jackson, was fined $500 and his license was revoked for 60 days after he was found guilty of reckless operation. A driving after suspension complaint was dismissed.
Craig M. Leighton, 30, of Redstone, was fined $1,000 after he pleaded guilty, in a negotiated plea, to marijuana possession. $500 of the fine was suspended provided one year good behavior.
An operating without a valid license complaint against Roland J. Lacasse, 48, of Conway, was placed on file without finding provided one year good behavior.
A felony-level drug possession with intent to distribute complaint against Salvatore R. Pappalardo, 19, of Madison, was bound over to superior court following indictment. He was released on $7,500 personal recognizance bail.
Alexander M. Milford, 19, of Jackson, was fined $350 after he pleaded guilty to speeding. His fine was suspended provided six months good behavior. Complaints of transporting alcoholic beverages by a minor, unlawful possession of alcohol and negligent driving were placed on file without finding provided one year good behavior.
Daniel R. Chesley, 24, of Conway, was $350 and ordered to pay $30 restitution after he pleaded guilty to theft by deception. The fine was suspended on condition of payment of restitution. A receiving stolen property complaint was placed on file without finding provided one year good behavior.
Matthew L. Priestley, 29, of East Conway, was sentenced to 14 days in jail after he pleaded no contest, in a negotiated plea, to violation of a protective order.
An unlawful possession of alcohol complaint against Michael Hamilton, 17, of Brownfield, Maine, was dismissed.
A simple assault complaint against Christina A. Viveiros, 37, of North Conway, was dismissed.
A simple assault complaint against Jennifer Huntress, 17, of Conway, was placed on file without finding provided one year good behavior and additional conditions.
Zachary T. Adams, 21, of Conway, was found not guilty of marijuana possession.
A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Michael Drew, 30, of Albany, after he failed to appear to face a theft of utility services complaint. Bail was set at $500 cash.
A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Lori A. Jackson, 46, of Dedham, Mass., after she failed to appear to face a driving after suspension complaint.
A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Susan Ross, 44, of Weymouth, Mass., after she failed to appear to face an operating without a valid license complaint.
A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Merwan Machhout, 21, of Fryeburg, after he failed to appear to face a driving after suspension complaint.
A marijuana possession complaint against John A. McLaughlin II, 46, of Fryeburg, was placed on file without finding provided six months good behavior.
An operating without a valid license complaint against David Feltis, 22, of Tamworth, was dropped.
An operating without a valid license complaint against Patricia T. Bell, 56, of Dunstable, Mass., was dropped.
A criminal mischief complaint against John B. Butler, 54, of Bartlett, was placed on file without finding provided one year good behavior.
Ryan P. McCarthy, 33, of Lowell, was fined $350 after he pleaded no contest to marijuana possession. A possession of drugs complaint was dropped.
Daryl G. Laliberte, 25, of Manchester, was fined $500 after he was found guilty of driving with a suspended registration. A charge of operating after suspension, subsequent offense, was placed on file without finding provided six months good behavior.
Kyle W. Hudson, 22, of Madison, was fined $500 after he pleaded no contest to negligent driving.
Daniel R. Bouzoun, 34, of Conway, was fined $250 after he pleaded guilty, in a negotiated plea, to displaying an unauthorized or counterfeit inspection sticker.
Robert J. Hill, 21, of Bartlett, was fined $250 after he pleaded guilty to operating after suspension.
Emelyn A. Albert, 62, of Freedom, was fined $350 and ordered to pay $8.98 restitution after she pleaded guilty to shoplifting.
