Eaton residents celebrated the Fourth of July with a community picnic and regatta at Crystall Lake. This is the first year Eaton held the regatta, with about a half dozen kayaks, rafts and stand-up paddleboards taking part in the event. Organizer Jen Kovach said next year's regatta will be bigger.
